Let’s start with the bad news :(. So there has been (yet again) a scheduling conflict with the dirt lot that we use for the rallycross. I was told on Friday that the Sheriff’s department is holding a run that goes through the dirt lot from 8am to 2pm on Saturday. Apparently the track manager knew about this 2 weeks ago but only told me yesterday. With that said, there will not be a timed and recorded night session.

Now the good news! Since we will be having a very late start, we will be running ALL the practice runs after the sheriff’s race and have practice go into the night! What this means is that everyone that is registered for practice will be able to do night practice runs. The main difference here is that I will not be recording times for your night runs. It’s a win win for everyone!

The funds received from the pre-registered night session will now transfer over to your pre-registered practice entry. You will receive 3 runs (+2 free runs for pre-registering). If you would like a total of 7 runs, like your typical pre-registered practice entry, it will be an additional $10 (this only pertains to night session drivers that did not pre-pay for practice). If you pre-paid for your practice runs and the night session, you will receive an additional 3 practice run tickets; or you can opt to refund the $35 dollar night session entry. If you do not want to transfer your night session entry fee to your practice runs or want to refund your $35 night session entry, please let me know a head of time. This all sounds really confusing so please let me know if you need help understanding.

If you were not registered for the night session, you have nothing to worry about. The above paragraph only pertains to the drivers that were registered for the night session. Just know that you will now be able to do night runs using your practice tickets!

Auxillary lighting is not required but recommended.
